Purpose and scope of application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all online sales made through the website, both to consumer customers and, where compatible, to professionals and business customers. For customers qualifying as consumers, the protections provided by applicable consumer law and distance selling regulations shall also apply.
Conclusion of the contract
The order submitted by the customer through the website constitutes a purchase proposal and does not automatically imply acceptance by the seller. The sales contract shall be deemed concluded only when the seller sends an order confirmation or otherwise communicates acceptance of the received order.
The seller reserves the right not to accept or to cancel orders in the event of product unavailability, incomplete or incorrect personal or shipping details, failure to confirm payment, or manifest errors relating to price, description, or product features. In such cases, the customer shall be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
Prices and payment methods
PricesProduct prices are those shown on the website at the time the order is placed, except in the case of obvious errors. Any shipping costs, where applicable, are shown separately before the purchase is confirmed. |
Accepted paymentsThe customer may pay by credit card or bank transfer. The order may be processed only after payment has been verified or confirmed, depending on the selected payment method. |
Shipping and delivery
Shipments are made throughout Italy and to the main European countries served by the seller’s logistics partners. Orders are generally entrusted to couriers such as BRT and UPS.
Orders are normally prepared within 24–48 business hours, except for certain items for which processing times may take up to 5 business days. Orders received after 12:00 PM on Friday, on public holidays, or during weekends shall be processed starting from the next business day.
Detailed conditions relating to shipping costs, delivery attempts, tracking, storage, optional insurance, local pickup, and shipment management are described in the dedicated shipping and delivery page of the website.
Transport damage and defective products
In the event of a damaged parcel or a product damaged during transport, the customer must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photographic evidence of the parcel and of the damage found. After the necessary checks, the seller may proceed with a refund or with another solution deemed appropriate to the specific case.
In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, consumer customers remain entitled to the legal guarantee provided by the applicable law. Claims shall be assessed by distinguishing defects of conformity from damage caused by transport or by improper use of the product.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to the rules applicable to distance contracts, the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receipt of the product, without having to provide any reason, except in the cases of exclusion provided by law. Notice of withdrawal must be communicated in writing to the seller’s e-mail address.
The costs of returning the product shall be borne by the customer. The refund shall be made after receipt of the returned goods and after verification of their condition, within the time limits provided by the applicable law. The right of withdrawal does not automatically apply to professional or business customers, unless otherwise expressly agreed between the parties.
Limitations and exclusions
The right of withdrawal may be excluded in the cases provided by law, for example in relation to customized products, made-to-measure goods, or other items for which the applicable law excludes the consumer’s right to change his or her mind.
The seller shall not be held liable for delays or failures due to force majeure, subsequent unavailability not attributable to the seller, interruptions in logistics services, or other events beyond the seller’s reasonable control.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that may be granted to consumers under the applicable law.
For any dispute relating to the interpretation, validity, or performance of these Terms and Conditions, in relationships with professional or business customers the Court of Pescara shall have exclusive jurisdiction. For consumer customers, any mandatory jurisdiction provided by the applicable law shall remain unaffected.
